ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD
The Oakmont Board of Directors and the Mariner Sands Architectural Review Board is committed to upholding the highest standards of design and quality. We take pride in our community. Our mission is to ensure that all projects meet the highest safety and aesthetic standards. We strive to ensure that all projects comply with local regulations and that they are aesthetically pleasing.
All exterior renovations, to include landscape plant material changes require approval of the Board of Directors and the Architectural Review Board of Mariner Sands Country Club. Approvals must be obtained before any project is to begin.
When completing any renovations to the exterior of your unit you must complete an ARB Request Form.
In addition to the completed ARB Form, you must submit, if applicable, the appropriate Checklist Form as required by Mariner Sands Country Club.

Once your completed ARB Form and Checklists (if applicable) are received by management they are reviewed to determine if the form is complete and applicable drawings, sample information, checklist forms and any other applicable documentation has been submitted.
If the ARB Request is complete then the entire packet will be provided to the Oakmont Board for review. Once approved by the Oakmont Board, management will then send the packet and approval information to the Mariner Sands Country Club Architectural Review Board representative at the HOA.
The ARB meets the first and third Thursdays of the month. They do not meet in the summer months but will review requests as needed.
Once the ARB application is reviewed the HOA ARB representative will send an email to the owner with the determination. Management receives a copy of the determination for record keeping.
