Roof Tiles
Roof tiles must be flat and made of concrete. The colors and dimensions of the tiles should be that of those currently used in our community.
When requesting approval, a sample of the tile should be made available for inspection.
Stand By Generator
Generator must be installed per county regulations.
Generator must be no more than three feet in height.
Generator must be buffered by plant materials or the established mechanical equipment wall. Propane tank must be installed in ground.
A landscape plan is required for the replacement of any plant materials removed during installation of a generator (and the accompanying propane tank). This must be submitted with the generator request. Click Here for Further Instructions
